2021“重慶好禮”旅遊商(shāng)品(文創産品)大(dà)賽暨外(wài)事禮品征集活動,由重慶市文化和旅遊發展委員(yuán)會、重慶市人民政府外(wài)事辦公室、重慶市榮昌區人民政府聯合主辦。大(dà)賽對來自重慶、四川共45個市、區、縣參賽作品,以“地域性、品牌性、實用性、創新性、市場性、工(gōng)藝性、示範性”等标準,評選出80件重慶外(wài)事禮品。重慶市外(wài)事服務中(zhōng)心在本刊特辟專欄,講述外(wài)事好禮背後的故事。
2021 “Chongqing Gifts” Competition: Best Travel Gifts (Cultural & Creative) • Gifts for Foreign Affairs Events was co-hosted by the Chongqing Culture and Tourism Development Commission, Chongqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and Chongqing Rongchang District People’s Government.The Competition evaluated entries from 45 cities, districts and counties of Chongqing and Sichuan Province based on whether they were locally unique, strong in brand, practical, innovative, competitive, artistic and exemplary. In the end, 80 outstanding products were selected to be gifts for foreign affairs events in Chongqing. In this special column, Chongqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Service Center is going to tell the stories about these products.
“輕濤松下(xià)烹溪月,含露梅邊煮嶺雲”。千年金山紅古樹(shù)紅茶産自重慶南(nán)川金佛山。
The moon melt into the bubbling brook with the pines stand by;
Beside the dewy plum trees, the cloud-like steam floated towards the sky.
This poem brings us back to the tranquil night when the poet was making tea in the mountains. Jinshan black tea also originates in the mountains – Gold Buddha Mountain in Nanchuan District, Chongqing.
金佛山爲巴渝四大(dà)名山之一(yī),已有三千餘年産茶曆史。唐代即以“高枝茶”名振長安,後受到寓渝詩人白(bái)居易、黃庭堅的高度贊賞。今天分(fēn)布在金佛山的“大(dà)樹(shù)茶”,即爲其遺種。其中(zhōng)最大(dà)一(yī)株野生(shēng)大(dà)樹(shù)茶已有2700餘年的樹(shù)齡,被茶葉界視爲“茶樹(shù)鼻祖”,堪稱“世界一(yī)絕,中(zhōng)國獨有”。在這有“天然植物(wù)陳列館”之稱,生(shēng)态環境得天獨厚的金佛山,其古茶樹(shù)鮮葉葉質厚軟,隆起光澤,富含茶多酚、氨基酸及适量咖啡堿,是制作紅茶的絕佳之選。
As one of the four famous mountains in Sichuan and Chongqing, Gold Buddha Mountain was acquainted with tea production over 3,000 years ago. In the Tang Dynasty (618-907), Gaozhi tea, a kind of oolong tea that grew in this mountain, created a sensation in the capital city Chang’an (today’s Xi’an). It was spoken highly of by Bai Juyi and Huang Tingjian, two famous poets in ancient China who sojourned in Chongqing. At present, Dashu tea that Gold Buddha Mountain produces is the relict species of Gaozhi tea. With a life span of over 2,700 years, the tallest Dashu tea tree in the mountain has won reputation of “the ancestor of tea” in the industry. Dashu tea is “exclusive to China and superior in the world”. In addition, the favorable ecological environment has made Gold Buddha Mountain “a repository of natural plants”. The leaves of those ancient tea trees are plump in shape, soft in texture and bright in color. They are also rich in polyphenol and amino acid, and contains moderate caffeine. It’s fair enough to say that they are the perfection for making black tea.

湯色橙紅透亮,
層次明顯甜香帶花香,
滋味甜醇,
久泡餘香,
湯色依舊(jiù),
餘韻悠長。
Black tea leaves; orange-red beverage.
Mellow and fragrant; rich in aftertaste.
After long brewing; flavor and color retained.
2019年7月5日,在澳大(dà)利亞悉尼中(zhōng)國文化中(zhōng)心,“山水之城·美麗之地”重慶文化旅遊推介會上,南(nán)川千年古樹(shù)茶——“金山紅”得到了澳大(dà)利亞賓客的好評。一(yī)杯杯香氣濃郁隽永、滋味醇厚回甘、湯色橙紅明亮的“金山紅”讓他們大(dà)呼神奇、稱贊好喝(hē),他們還對古樹(shù)茶的制茶工(gōng)藝表示了好奇。
On July 5th, 2019, Chongqing Tourism Promotion was held at China Cultural Center (Sydney) under the theme: “A Land of Natural Beauty, A City with Cultural Appeal”. During the Promotion, the vintage Jinshan black tea from Nanchuan District, Chongqing was well received by Australian friends. Greatly surprised by its pleasant smell, sweet aftertaste and bright color, they expressed curiosity about its making process.
走進“金山紅”加工(gōng)車(chē)間,一(yī)股濃郁的茶香撲面而來。據介紹,千年金山紅古樹(shù)紅茶制作工(gōng)藝複雜(zá)且要求極其嚴格,尤以手工(gōng)定制款更甚。制作紅茶的鮮葉采摘須在晴天的上午九、十點進行,采用天然陽光萎凋。揉撚須七揉七撚,而且必須揉足規定時辰。發酵轉紅,火(huǒ)候要恰到好處,差一(yī)分(fēn)生(shēng),多一(yī)分(fēn)過……重慶金山湖農業開(kāi)發有限公司聯合重慶市古樹(shù)茶研究院,充分(fēn)汲取金佛山古法制茶精髓,以古茶樹(shù)鮮葉标準一(yī)芽二葉爲原料,利用現代數字化制茶設備,反複生(shēng)産實踐,不斷開(kāi)拓創新,最終研發出一(yī)套獨有的千年金山紅古樹(shù)紅茶生(shēng)産工(gōng)藝。
Walking into the processing workshop of Jinshan black tea, you will be greeted by the rich tea aroma. Jinshan black tea, especially the handmade, is processed with sophisticated techniques to extremely strict standards. The fresh leaves must be harvested during 9 and 10 am on sunny days, and then wither under the sun. Next, the leaves are kneaded and rolled for seven rounds, each lasting for a specified time. Then, the tea will turn brown under fermentation. Heat control is crucial in this process, because any deviation in temperature will not make the perfect tea. Together with Chongqing Ancient Tree Tea Research Institute, Chongqing Jinshanhu Agricultural Development Co., Ltd has grasped the essence of ancient tea making techniques originated from Gold Buddha Mountain. In line with the freshness standards, the company uses tea buds and the youngest leaves as raw materials. Using modern, digital tea making equipment and through repeated production, practice, exploration and innovation, the company eventually worked out a unique set of tea making process for this vintage Jinshan black tea.
